Do I need to register for this store to place an order?

Yes, you must register for the store to place an order. You can do that here or by clicking the Register button towards the top right of the store. Please note the following:

 

  • After registering for a user account, you will receive an email to confirm your account. Click the link to "Confirm My Account" within that email. If you don't do that, you will not be registered and will be unable to log in and proceed to checkout/place an order. If you have any trouble, please use the Contact Us form to ask for help.
  • If you are not logged in to the store when proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to log in or register for an account.

 

How do I log in to my account?

You can log into your account only after registering for a new account. Once registered, you can log in here, by clicking the Login link towards the top right of the store or when prompted at checkout.

 

How will I receive my order? Will it be shipped to me?

Your order will be shipped directly to you within 3 business days of the order being placed in the store for all stocked merchandise. For made-to-order products, turnaround time will vary and will be outlined in the product description for that specific product. 

 

How do I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from the store. When your order is shipped, you will receive a similar email from the store that includes tracking information. If you place an order that includes both stocked merchandise and made-to-order products, you may receive multiple packages to complete your order and multiple emails with tracking information. Please use the Contact Us form if you have any questions.

 

You can also check order status by logging into the store and clicking on your name towards the top right of the store. There is a section for Order History, and tracking information will populate for your order after it ships. If tracking information is not present, your order has not yet shipped.

 

Who can I contact for more help?

Please use the Contact Us page (link found at the top of the store in the top navigation) to submit a form to store support. Our support team will review your form submission and respond as soon as possible.

 

Is there any way to expedite my order?

Yes. Please select the ship method necessary, and we will ship your order to you using that method.

 

Please note that the cutoff time for same day shipments of stocked merchandise is noon PT. If your order is placed after noon PT, it may not ship until the next day (for stocked merchandise only; made-to-order products require a longer turnaround time, outlined by each MTO product's description).

 

Can I mail my order to different recipients?

Yes. The only way to do this is to place separate orders for each recipient/address.

 

Can I return or exchanges products purchased in the store and, if so, how?

Yes. Please use the Contact Us form to reach out to the store support team about returns or exchanges, and include as much information as possible for review. The team will get back to you as soon as possible with additional information and direction.

 

Returns and exchanges will only be processed within 30 days of delivery and if the product is in new and restockable condition (unless a damaged or defective product was included in the original order). All products returned or exchanged will be reviewed thoroughly before the return or exchange is processed.
